The Chamber of Arts and Culture WA is Western Australia's peak advocacy body for the arts and culture sector.

We provide informed insight to government, industry, and the wider community to advocate for policy, investment, and public understanding that reflects and supports the value and impact of our sector.

We provide platforms for connection, collaboration and shared learning across a diverse membership.

READ OUR STRATEGIC PLAN

WHAT WE DO

We build the conditions that allow the sector to realise its full potential.

Our job is to strengthen policy, investment, and long-term sector development, so that arts and culture infrastructure (hard and soft) is supported as a public good - essential to the life of our state.

We bring together the insights and experiences of artists, arts workers, organisations, and partners across the state and translate this into clear information for government, partners, and the community.

Advocacy

We organise sector insight into shared priorities.

We translate ideas into government-ready proposals and credible investment cases.

We build credibility, confidence, and public understanding of the sector, through consistent messaging, storytelling, and sector-wide resources.

Connection

We create platforms for collaboration and partnerships, and establish strategic alliances across portfolios.

We host events that connect the sector with decision-makers, peers and stakeholders.

We facilitate advisory groups and executive forums to align priorities.

Shared Learning

We run events and forums to support professional development and connect the sector.

We support organisational and individual capacity building.

We publish research, toolkits and practical resources and share insights, industry news and opportunities.
